1 All Registration fees cover conference materials, access to conference sessions, exhibition and poster areas, coffee/tea breaks, get-together cocktail party, official dinner and an excursion

3 Additionally the Exhibitors are provided with open exhibition space. The exhibition area is next to the conference hall and right of 10-minute presentation in addition
Payment
Payments in EUR should be made via IEES-BAN e-store which offers payments BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD and by BANK TRANSFER
EU (excluding Bulgaria) based companies with valid VAT number are exempt from VAT.
Payment for services is made through a virtual Point Of Sale (POS) - terminal - with debit or credit cards issued to the User, bearing the trademarks of VISA INTERNATIONAL, MASTERCARD WORLDWIDE, BORICA AD and others, except those issued in the following countries: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Belize, Bahrain, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Kuwait, India and Nigeria.

A confirmation of the payment received and invoice will be sent by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to SED’2022 Conference Secretariat at sed22@iees.bas.bg. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
- Registrations cancelled in writing before May 1, 2022 will be refunded less EUR 40/ BGN 20
- No refunds can be made for cancellations requested after May 1, 2022.
The date of receipt of the email requesting cancellation will be the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made by bank transfer after the conference.
In case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to sed22@iees.bas.bg. The over-paid amount less a handling fee of EUR 40 50/ BGN 20 will be refunded after the conference.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Registered delegate’s substitutions may be made at any time prior to the conference start date at no cost, provided the substitute works for the same organization/company as the original registrant and belongs to the same registration category (or additional fees may apply). Name changes will be accepted by email indicating the names of the registered delegate and of the substitute, including the new registrant’s e-mail address and other relevant contact details. A declaration of acceptance of our GDPR and General Policy signed by the substitute attendee must be attached to the email.
